Inquisitive mind :: Mente Curiosa

While working in my studio I hear a little voice calling me, "Mami come see!"  So I do as I am told and walk my busy self downstairs to see what my little boy needs.

"Look mami!"  I look.  And then the tour begins.

"¡Mira Mami!"  Veo.  Y pronto empieza el tour.

I am guided to my floor lamp where I notice there is a toy magnet bar attached to it.  Then I am shown the one attached on the table lamp.  Then the one attached to the fireplace, and the antique trunk and the trash can...the tour continues until he has showed me every single place he has discovered that the magnet bar will attach to, or so I think.

"Now look here mami."  He takes a few magnet bars, climbs up the stairs a bit,  stretches his little body as far as possible, and then begins to line them up on the ceiling.  "Wow!" I tell him. "I didn't know we had metal there."  He smiles a big smile.

I love his inquisitive mind!

¡Me encanta su mentesita curiosa!

♥ He created this (with his papi's help) the other day. ♥

  3. @Damaris Totally! You should see my walls, there is art the kids have created hung all over. And on my floors you will find towers made out of block or the magnet bars and balls you see above, puzzles- you name it. They are very creative little ones.

    @Dariela- Well he attaches two magnet bars to each other onto the ceiling and then adds the metal ball at the end. He is very particular about how far apart they should be from each other. So cute. You should see the actual towers he is creating with them now a days.

  4. Wow, but how are the magnet bars attached to the ceiling in the first place? I'm new at this amiga!

  5. apparently there is a metal beam that surrounds the end of the stair way ceiling. It was new to me too, until he discovered it was there. I'm telling you, he was going around the entire house checking to see what had metal and not. One time he had them all lined up on our front metal front door.
