friends creating fun: giveaway!

Oh, it is so much fun to get together with friends and create!  That is exactly what we did this past Friday.  A bunch of us gathered our crafting goodies and crafted away at a friend's house.  All while eating some yummy treats.  Fun indeed.

See those lovely book page hearts? Aren't they lovely?  My friend Carrie was working on those to decorate her Valentine tree.  I loved them.  So I asked her if she would mind if I shared with you how to make them.  She didn't!  So guess what?   I just might have a tutorial for you soon!

My friend Rakell is another crafty one.  She was working on many little projects, including making some hair bows/clips for her girls.  She finished a handful while sitting there chatting away!

How about that necklace?  Do you like?  Well, let me confess a little something...I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THAT FOR (ahem!) OVER TWO YEARS! It's a little gift I planned to give my baby sis Pam.  Thank goodness she is a patient one.  (If your reading this sis; Do know what's coming your way?)

And did you see the lovely scarf my friend Noelle is working on?  The photo way up top?  Pretty right?  She is so talented!  Her specialty is working with re-purposed wool sweaters which she felts and then turns into beautiful wearable creations.  She also needle felts!  (Something she totally wants to teach me. ) Yup a crafty girl indeed.  Well guess what?  She has a little something to give to you!
